Just want to let management know what an outstanding Service Adviser Chris Jung is. We have had reoccurring problems with our 2010 Milan. Chris has gone above and beyond in serving us; and trying to keep us happy Ford owners. While we are very frustrated with the transmission problems, she has been the bright spot for us in hoping Ford will find a fix. She is simply an excellent ambassador of your service commitment. While the particular Service Techs names are unknown to us- we also appreciate their dedication to resolve the issue.

Just to let you know, we are definitely purchasing form Bo Beuckman Ford. Hopefully we will buy in the next 2 weeks. We are trying to sell our 2007 Honda Civic to use as cash down with our trade toward a 2011 Edge. We have worked with Tom in the past using our Costco discount and plan to do that again. Once we get the cash from the Honda we will be purchasing. We bought a 2010 Escape from Tom in February and had the best car buying experience ever.

"Great Customer Service"

I'd like to say, that the customer service has been fantastic! We all know buying a vehicle can be painful... but so far, that has not been the case. My wife and I, bought a 2008 F250(used) that had a few issues. And everyone, from our salesperson to the service representative to the general manager have been more than willing to make us happy. From our trade-in to the transition to our new truck, they've been exceptional! As a contractor, I try my very best to ensure my customer's satisfaction. It's what set's me apart from the rest... and believe me when I say, our next car/truck, recreational or business, will undoubtedly be purchased from Bo Beuckman Ford! ( this isn't a prompted review, I just feel it necessary to to tell everyone I know, as well as everyone who may read this.) "Old School" Service, with a "New School" outlook, very refreshing. Just wanted to let you know how much I LOVE my new Explorer. It's so much fun to drive!  It was hard to part with the old one, but after 220,000 miles, I guess it was time.   The 2 extra seats are nice.  One of these days I'm going to fill it with 7 people... just because I can. 

Everyone in your store is friendly & helpful.  While Rick was getting the car ready, one of the guys entertained us with Sara's Halloween commercial.  She is adorable!  I bet she has a blast doing those!

"Great Service Experience!"

Wanted to let you know about the amazing experience I had with your service center last Thursday, November 4th. I brought my Explorer in as it had suddenly died that morning on my way to work and was making a weird clicking sound.

When I was able to get it started again, I immediately drove it to your dealership. I arrived at your service center at 8:50am and was greeted by Chris. She is so very nice and completely make you feel at ease. She took down the information on my Explorer told me she would have the technician look at it right away as I was late for work and need to get there soon as my boss was in town.

Chris kept me posted on the status of the Explorer and by 9:50am she had me on my way to work with a new alternator. Needless to say I was shocked! To get in and out of a service department at a dealership in an hour without an appointment is completely unheard of. I wanted to thank Chris and your team for getting me back on the road and to work as quickly as they did. I have told all of my co-workers and friends about my amazing experience.

"Job Well Done!"

Gentlemen,

 

As a long time Ford owner and the very proud mother of currently serving Marines.  I just had to write and tell you what a wonderful advertisement this is.  It is the best advertisement for anything I have ever seen.

 

This ad brought back the memories of my husband returning from Viet Nam and the first thing he asked about was his 1966 Mustang (which he left in my care).   Several years later we were searching for a vehicle for our oldest son ??? we settled on a Bronco, which was then replaced with a Ranger.  Then along came our youngest son, who wanted a car!  Mom said ???No way!  You need more protection.???  So his first truck was a 1992 F150 Flairside in Iris.  We still have this truck and it has become my husband???s pet project.  He is wanting to completely renovate the interior and exterior (all in the original equipment and color).  However, it is a project that is currently on the back burner.

 

But enough of that.

 

Please accept my sincerest congratulations on a job well done.  And continue producing the best trucks on the road and the best advertisements ever.

The morning of the accident my wife called your body shop and Bob Miller met me as soon as you opened to start the repair process of repair on my 05 F-150. I recently purchased a new Ford Mustang from your dealership in Ellisville through the Ford X-Plan program/plan with my company. This was the first time that I had used this program; and, I was very surprised how well it worked. Your Sales Managers did a very good job in keeping me informed of vehicles, which were available and sending me email updates. I finally came in to look at cars last Friday. I ended up buying my fifth Mustang; and the purchase experience was the smoothest and best that I have had. This was primarily due to the outstanding service and attention of your staff.
