Excellent customer service.

I came to Bo Beuckman without an appointment. I was due for an oil change and I was in the area. I stopped by to see if they could do it. They were able to do it plus the oil change was free because of the number of oil changes we had and this one was free. That was a nice surprise. Plus they also did a comp. car wash and vaccumn on the Explorer. Very nice.

Had rear brakes serviced and before I got home my "check tires" light went on. Had to go back and they reset the warning system. Other than that, service was very good.

They have an excellent service department.

Courteous staff, no problems with the performed work, will bring my Taurus back when need maint. or service.
